Why SoulFlow?

After several years of teaching Kundalini Yoga, I began to notice something missing in the wellness space — a true balance between grounding and expansion, between the spiritual and the everyday. Many of my students were exploring higher consciousness, 5D awareness, and deep personal growth, but often struggled to stay rooted in the physical world.

That realisation inspired me to create Soul Flow Festival — a space that celebrates both the sacred and the joyful sides of being human. I wanted to bring together the Yin and Yang energies: the stillness of inner connection and the vibrant rhythm of dance, music, and community.

For me, SoulFlow isn’t just an event — it’s a living expression of balance. It’s about bringing people together to experience transformation in a setting that feels alive, inclusive, and full of love.

The New Forest felt like the perfect home for this vision. Its calming energy and natural beauty create the grounding presence needed for deep work, while still holding the freedom and creativity of a festival.

SoulFlow is designed for everyone — families, practitioners, and free spirits alike. It’s a space to reconnect, to find joy in movement and stillness, and to remind ourselves that spirituality can be playful, earthy, and real.

Creating this festival has been a way for me to weave together all the threads of my journey — teaching, music, movement, and community — into one shared experience that honours both the soul and the flow of life.
